Introducing PWR Moves exercises in quadraped position, an exercise class designed to help individuals with Parkinson’s Disease improve their balance, coordination, and overall physical fitness. In this class, participants will engage in a series of exercises that involve being on their hands and knees, known as a quadraped position. This unique workout challenges the core muscles while also targeting specific muscle groups in the arms, shoulders, and legs.
