Dr. Kathy Doubleday introduces modifications to the PWR Moves quadraped exercises. The modifications from the quadraped (hands and knees) position to a standing position are designed to provide a safe and effective workout routine that can be customized to meet their unique fitness needs and abilities. These modifications allow individuals who may have difficulty with quadraped movements to still engage in PWR Moves exercises while in a standing position.
