Join us for an all-levels class that brings the physical and mental benefits of yoga to Balance. Yoga’s purpose is to create strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. Our yoga class will engage core muscle groups, enhance joint flexibility, improve muscle tone, and provide an opportunity for deep relaxation through mindful breath and movement.
Fitness Elements is a standing class designed to build balance, muscle tone, and cardiovascular health. Includes physical therapist identified exercises to improve overall quality of
