Francesca Michelle Gold is a Clinical Yoga Therapist who is completing her Master’s Degree in Yoga Studies at Loyola Marymount University. She’s a life-long competitive artistic roller figure skater and competed at the National level five times. Movement and meditation are life-affirming paths for everyone that have the potential to lead one to true wellbeing. One of her missions to make these practices accessible for all.
