Resistance Band Exercises For Strength Training

In this video, instructor Cam Prendergast goes over the different uses of resistance bands. We show you how to use them as part of a warm up routine, including exercises that can be adjusted based on the level of tension in the band. He also demonstrates that you can use either a light or heavy band for different exercises depending on your needs. Cam will show you how to use either band for maximum effectiveness and adjust your grip width to increase or decrease intensity.
