Hey Mike, thanks for jumping in on our new forums pages! We are big fans of anti-inflammatory diets particularly as it applies to healthy aging. They’re pretty simple really. Some of the biggest foods that can cause inflammation in the body are sugar, dairy (think lactose intolerance), super processed foods, and salt. Sugar or anything that spikes your blood sugar is usually the most obvious change we can make. It’s stuffed into everything now and wreaks havoc on the body over time. If you’re interested in trying it the article I posted is a great start. No need to sign up for a special “diet” program or anything. Small changes will quickly make a difference in how we feel.
