I’ve been extra careful since I fractured my wrist last year. Stairs are my biggest worry now. I sometimes feel wobbly, especially if I’m carrying laundry. Has anyone found little tricks that make stairs feel less scary?

A few little tricks can really help: always use the railing, keep a hand free (a backpack works great for laundry), and slow down so your whole foot lands on each step.
