Fitness Elements

Fitness Elements is a standing class designed to build balance, muscle tone, and cardiovascular health. Includes physical therapist identified exercises to improve overall quality of movement. When done consistently, this thoughtful combination of exercises can reduce the impact of significant health risks. Instructor covers the four key components of Fitness Elements: Balance, Strength, Endurance and Flexibility.  

This class focuses on foot exercises that will help to improve balance. Improved balance is beneficial for many reasons, one of which includes reducing the risk for falls! This is a thorough 30 minute senior fitness class designed to provide you with the best foot strengthening exercises, so join Liz Little, as she carefully guides you through this class! She will also include some standing cardio exercises along with other balancing exercises that will improve your overall health.
