Single Knee to Chest Stretch

This stretch helps to loosen and lengthen the muscles in your lower back, which can relieve tension and tightness.

  1. Lie on your back on a comfortable surface.
  2. Gently bend one knee and pull it towards your chest using both hands.
  3. Hold for 20 seconds, then slowly lower the leg.
  4. Repeat 3 times with each leg.
  5. Perform this stretch twice a day.
